**WARNING volume is really quiet. Please turn volume up to follow along properly**

*This video is to intended to help people find Chinese language materials for study purposes.  It does not condone using this method to download movies for non-study purposes.*

WHY SHOULD PEOPLE WATCH WESTERN MOVIES DUBBED IN CHINESE?

-Chinese learning students often find it difficult to find palatable Chinese media to learn with.
-Watching western movies dubbed in Chinese is a good way to learn & follow along with modern language listening and to get used to reading subtitles.
-Also as many have seen the original western movies in English, this provides good context to understand the Chinese.

AVAILABILITY OF CHINESE SPOKEN LANGUAGE WESTERN MOVIES

-Western movies are often released in China with both the original English version and the ‘国语配音版‘ (Chinese language dubbed version).
-These are a great resource for Chinese language study, because you can watch at home, pause when you want and take notes. …provided that you can find such movies.
-These movies ARE available, but the trouble has always been how to find them online.
-These Chinese dubbed versions are NOT available to buy legally, thus the use of this method.  (I’ve tried to buy movies dubbed in Chinese legally, i seriously couldn’t find anywhere that it’s available.  Sometimes you might find The Simpsons dubbed in Taiwanese Chinese)
-Many Chinese have their Chinese downloading programs, but its always been notoriously difficult to navigate through and find something NOT laden with viruses.
